WEB PAGE PUBLICATION

ORIGINATION (page creation and upload) £25 per page
- where one page may be considered to average up to 500 words; 4 small graphics and half-a-dozen links to other pages. Longer pages will be charged accordingly. All long texts must be proof-read by the originator and forwarded to us on disk as unformatted (ASCII) text. (see below for graphics)
STORAGE (computer occupancy charge;
any No. of pages up to to one Mbyte.)
£5 per month
UPDATE & MAINTENANCE (minor amendments to existing pages) £1 per page per month
(but be sensible. Major amendments - i.e. over 10% of original text - may count as origination of an entirely new page. No amendment - no charge. No charge is made for deleting pages if the information they contain is no longer current.)
RESPONSE PAGES + £5 per fill-in form
- then at cost of forwarding each response received, to you (via e-mail; fax; surface mail; 'phone; computer disk - the choice is yours.)
SEARCH ENGINE £75 per search engine
make your data / catalogue / document list searchable on line. (Cost may vary for complex searches.)
GRAPHIC IMAGES min. charge £25
The cheapest way is to send us your pictures already transformed into computerised form (i.e. on disk). If you can't do this, send us your original artwork, and we'll convert it for you.
The most expensive way is to ask us to create the artwork for you from scratch.
Costs can only be given on sight; but a good rule of thumb is to estimate an averaged-out cost of £25 per image for artwork provided by you on paper support.

Above fee structure covers consultancy / authoring / design for either internet or intranet publication.
